Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Veraflow website and the AI systems Veraflow deploys for your business. By engaging Veraflow or using its agents, you agree to the terms set out here.

1. Services

Veraflow designs, builds and deploys AI systems, including the Vera lead qualification agent and the Atlas knowledge agent. The scope of any deployment is defined in the agreement made with each client.

2. Use of the agents

Clients are responsible for the data they provide and for ensuring they have the right to use it. Veraflow agents are tools that support your team and do not replace professional judgement.

3. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your individual agreement with Veraflow.

4. Intellectual property

Veraflow retains ownership of its underlying systems and methods. Your data and documents remain yours.

5. Liability

This section requires legal drafting. It will set out the limits of Veraflow's liability and the warranties that do and do not apply.
